Ice, Rocks and Water
On our walk along the beach I noticed that the lake level had not dropped since the last snowfall. So the edge of the lakeshore and the snow were close together. That was a great opportunity for Mother nature to form icicles with each wave spilling over the rocks. That immediately gave me the theme for today’s photo presentation. Enjoy!

Nice ice! I like the one with multicolored stones very much.
And the “long-nosed” has me grinning away. 🙂 Trying to think of which cartoonist always had everyone looking that way.

Wunderschoene Eiszapfen, Peter, since I was a child I love them, back than as kids we were told , wenn man an Esizapfen lutscht, dann bekommt man Lungenentzuendung.

I think I would have shot 300 pics at least. You have to use this opportunity to the fullest.

I was so glad I had taken my camera with me. Winter is not over yet and I may be able to shoot a few more of those long-nosed icicles.
