South of Vernon in the beautiful Okanagan Valley a two-hour drive from the Arrow Lakes is a world-class health spa. There I took my wife at the end of November as a belated birthday gift. You can google the place and get acquainted with the amazing facilities provided for people looking for a peaceful and soothing place to feel well again.
