In Search of Wildflowers
I must declare I cannot compete with the fascinating images of wildflowers that my blogging friend from Texas has posted in the last couple of months. The fields where they grow are so huge that I call them heavenly carpets. On April 22, my wife and I drove 3 km south of Fauquier to our favourite wilderness location overlooking Arrow Lake in search of wildflowers. Luck was on our side. Well, bending and even lying down helped a little to capture these tiny beauties on the ground. Here they are. Enjoy.

Though it be on a small scale rather than in heavenly carpets, still your local wildflowers command appreciation. As you noted, getting down low, which is where most wildflowers grow, enhances that appreciation.
That juniper berry face is funny.

When we find the wildflowers, we know that spring has finally sprung! We have white anemona carpets in certains woods right now, a short but great beauty.

At first, I thought your juniper berry was a mushroom; it’s really quite cute. We have wild strawberries, but the flowers of ours are yellow rather than white. The leaves are quite similar, though. It’s always fun to find new plants here that I’ve never heard of. Nature’s diversity is wonderful!

Is it easy to compose melodies with LogicPro? Seems you have a background for music?
My wife has an electronic piano, but finds no time to play on it. Sadly.
I’m a music lover and have collected quite a lot Cds, but nowadays we only listen to music on spotify, because my wife decided so.

The free version for this app comes with every MacBook. It comes with thousands of loops that seamlessly blend together and can be used on multiple tracks to create symphonic music of all genres.. There are plenty of tutorials on Youtube. If you have a MacBook, you should give it a try. LogioPro is more advanced and is quite expensive.
