Photos from our Favourite Viewpoint at Applegrove

The sun was shining. The clouds showed impressive formations. So we felt prompted to visit our favourite viewpoint high above the Lower Arrow Lake. Knowing that we would experience an hour of blissful relaxation and visual delight, we took our two lawnchairs with us for our short five-minute trip. For today’s post, I selected three photos out of the dozens of pictures I snapped. Enjoy.

I liked the capture of the tiger lily in front of the juniper berry bushes so much I could not resist sharing it with you.

Captured near the Fauquier Boat Dock

A few days ago, we went on a leisurely walk down to the Fauquier boat dock. The air was calm turning the lake into a perfect mirror, reflecting the blue sky, the cloud formations, and the trees of the nearby forest. On the way, I snapped a cluster of the dogwood flowers. Also the ubiquitous Alberta rose attracted my attention.
