Winter Impressions

My wife enjoying the sunshine

Even a dead leaf can be very beautiful.

Peter, you have a gift of seeing the extraordinary in things many of us miss. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Arrow Lake. Hazel

These photos make a very nice impression indeed! I like those tree roots, looking very ready to scrabble into, or out of, the water.
I like winter, and don’t mind the cold, but I do envy you that blue sky and sunshine, there’s been a good deal of grayness around here! cheers, R.

The natural sculptures look like tree people running …
Your wife still has that sweet smile that we are seeing on the photos of her when she was young.

So beautiful! I really love that leaf and the tree roots – so much beauty to find even in things long dead. You have a great way of finding these things, Peter, and I’m glad you share them here with us. 😊

I am glad you say that, because so many people are not fond of dead leaves.

I love beauty in decay — leaves, flowers, etc. I’m less crazy about masses of fallen leaves on my driveway though. 🙂

White snow and outdoor walking, they are good for a man (woman). Very beautiful and enjoyable photos. Thank You Peter.

Rain or shine we have adopted the custom to go outside and breathe the fresh air and seek some meaningful activity in the great outdoors. Thank you for your kind comment, Sartenada!
