Spring Has Sprung at the Arrow Lakes
The last remnants of snow in the shadowed places have melted away. The grass is green, and the trees slowly but surely have begun to leaf. On a recent walk over the picturesque Fauquier golf course, I captured the following three signs of Spring. Enjoy!

Good to see pictures from spring season. Out here we have summer like season with temperature soaring above 40 C

Wonderful photos, Peter, with the new life of Spring. Glad your snow has melted and green grass, green leaves and other signs are with you. Our snow is slowly melting, as it is quite cold at night and a little above freezing during the day. Enjoy your day!

It’s lovely to see those signs of spring. Here we finally have daffodils and azaleas in bloom. It definitely lifts my spirits to see all that color.

It is looking good, Peter!
So the sumac tree gets its flowers before the leaves? I didn’t know that. I have a very young sumac tree. I am not sure when they start to flower. I am looking forward to that.

It’s so good to see your signs of spring, finally! I do enjoy buds, and baby leaves, and pussy willows have been a favorite since childhood. We’re in full bloom here, and I’m enjoying our bluebonnets and Indian paintbrush as much as I ever have.

That comes as a surprise to me, as our location is more northern than yours, Steve.

Lovely! Though in this one the course is not visible, I enjoy your occasional pix of the course.
