Bumblebee in the Raspberry Patch
Checking out our rapberry plants yesterday, I noticed a mob of pollen addicted bumblebees swarming among the raspberry flowers. With so many of those critters busily circling the flowering berry plants. I had to face a major challenge to capture them with my camera. Alas, out of the 20 shots I took, only one turned out reasonably sharp. Bumblebees take less than a second to grab a tiny portion of pollen, then they are off in search of another flower.

Good thing there are no raspberries yet. That’s the time I would not want to find a bee there, just as I’d be reaching in for a berry.
Nice photo.

The point is that for a Bumblebee our second is at least 10 to 15 seconds long. 😉

Bumblebees are so inconsiderate to photographers. Those insects should practice better etiquette.
