The Drop Hunters

Wednesday’s Photos

Last week my wife and I drove out to our favourite site, the Taite Creek campground, to escape the winter blues, which invariably set in, when we are cooped up for too long within the confines of our four walls. The effect was gratifying and we felt refreshed from our walk down to the lake. We also were rewarded by the many different drops we were able to catch on our cameras. Enjoy!

Great photos! Since there were droplets, instead of hard frost, does that mean spring might be on its way? :o)

I believe winter is not over yet, at least not in our part of the globe. But truly it has been unusually mild. Thank you very much for your compliment!

It sure is when the weather is cooperating. Half way through January and still very mild weather. Thank you, Su!

Nochmals herzliche Grüße an dich, Ulli

There is a fair amount of snow on the ground, but the temperature was above 0 and drops were on the tree branches everywhere.

It takes patience to catch a water drop at the right angle, light and moment. Thank you, Sarah!
