Natural Splendour of the Arrow Lakes

Wednesday’s Photos

Panorama Video of the Arrow Lake

I took about 10 photos of the Arrow Lake with the camera in the vertical position and 16:9 format. Then I stitched them together to transform them into a huge panorama image, cut it in half and processed the two pieces in my video editor. Enjoy the beauty of our lake captured on November 2, 2021.

  2. WOW! What gorgeous views and colours!
You did a great editing job, Peter. I don’t really understand your process (yet), but I’d like to try that myself. May I ask which stiching programme and which video editor you use? I use ” Photo Stitcher” and “Cyberlink Power Director”.

    • For stitching I use Affinity Photo, a photo editing program that rivals in depth and quality the PhotoShop app. There are hundreds of tutorials and even courses on YouTube and elsewhere. For the video part of my presentation I used VideoPad created and sold by an Australian company. A scaled -down version is free. Good luck on the next level of your image adventure, Pit!
